It's the new Republican budget process - decide something has to be done and figure out the price and how to pay for it later.

With obvious results for the deficit.

But hell, at least we can spend this money on our own infrastructure and not piss it away in Iraq.

Funny how the conservatives used to hate foreign aid and deficit spending. Now they roll it in like pigs in shit.....

Looks like we need to figure out who will get the contracts to rebuild all this stuff. Would it be the regional utilities or perhaps a select few companies to work on it nation wide. Also who will be making the hardware for this stuff. Any rats that make power monitoring eq should be looked at. ect ect
