What I find most disturbing about the Black Out was the IMMEDIATE paranoia that it was terror related. The QQQ's were be given away for a moment there yest AH. CNBC and Drudge were all over it expecting the worse. I am sure some folks were headed for their "secret locations". To me that immediate paranoia is terror and the main problem with the economy. There are folks on chat boards across the country still saying it was terror and it has been covered up by the government for "our"protection. How sick is that? K
