Yeah, there have been a dozen law suit at least against Japanese war/sexual slavery crimes during WWII filed by Chinese, but none of them has ever won. And many of them have passed away while waiting for the trial.

And I read that the Japanese PM told Bush when he came to Texas Bush's Ranch that if China would not step back and give up claiming DiaoYu Island, Japan would teach China a lesson. I wonder what the majority of Chinese would think when they heard this kind of comment<ng>
