Can you name one instance where the Palestinians have started the attacks? I doubt it. Almost invariably, the Palestinians, much as Hezbollah, has only reacted to Israeli aggression. Keep in mind that the latest Intifada started 2½ years ago when Ariel Sharon aggressively and illegally led 2,000 Zionist zealots up the Temple Mount. An activity which was strictly forbidden by treaty. Sharon deliberately provoked the latest cycle of attack and revenge. The Palestinians aren't attacking, they are defending their homelands.
