"Oil revenues are going to the Development Fund for Iraq as it says in 1492."

After each of the involved companies have taken their profit, which reduces the amount available for development. Or has someone put the capitalistic system on hold? Should they take a profit? Yes. Should they take it now? No.

Plus the fact(Executive Order 13303) that there are NO checks on the actions of those companies from the US which are involved in oil transactions in Iraq.

Had this happened in any other country I'm sure that the screaming from the right in the US would have been deafening.
