Hello Elmat, The darkness that enveloped NE north America was interesting. Let's watch. I believe that whenever a system, especially one that is patched together over a long elapsed time, from sub-systems and components of different times, electrical or otherwise, gets too complicated, it will seem to develop a personality, and so become less predictable. I also believe our financial economy is complicated, and I am guessing that a blackout will happen at some point of its own choosing. Chugs, Jay
