Clinton indisputably turned the law on its head. He did this calculatingly and openly. He was the nation's topmost law enforcer at the time. No one who honors our system can possibly honor Bill Clinton. Clinton and American law are diametrically opposed to one another.

What part do you find irrational?

As a lawyer, I find his attempt to subvert the judicial process, submission of false evidence, misleading a Court and violation of his oath of office just despicable....no one is above the law....

Good question. Funny how Iran/Contra (and Bush 41's involvement) doesn't seem to draw the same ire from this lot, even though it involved a LOT more law breaking and dirt. Was Reagan aware? I believe he didn't recall, which may or may not be true.

Every President has at least a load of dirty laundry. To get so worked up over lying about having sex is a big overreaction. I believe that the rightists who are most worked up about it were Clinton-haters before the scandal, and just found an issue they could vent on.
