Throw on a few shareholder lawsuits, and it gets quiet around here. I wonder if this place will ever be the same????? PM, perhaps you can get some of your money back. "The case is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The action charges that defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing a series of materially false and misleading statements to the market throughout the Class Period which statements had the effect of artificially inflating the market price of the Company's securities." Pretty interesting coming on the heels of Shlomi Cohen's article about CHKP's disconnect with their reputation. PM was this the upcoming good news you were referring to? -- Or...It must have been the Hearst sale...
