marcos, you put yourself in the clothes of the average Palestinian on the street, in his house, in his shop, and tell us all about he is being brutalized by the Isreali forces. We all know about that, we all, I am sure feel for all of the downtrodden masses, etc, etc including the Isreali victims of the suicide bombers. the fact is that the Palestinians have been "Sold down the River" by their own leadership, specifically Yassir Arafat and also the neighboring Arab countries. They should worry less about walls and more about finding a leader that will lead them out of their darkness.... Arafat should have been dealt with by US years ago, it was in our best interest. Ford Motor Co announces Monday the 18th that they are shelving plans to expand Mfg facilities in Atlanta, Ga (Taurus and one other) in favor of moving production to Mexico and Canada, Hermasillo sp and Oakville, Ont.this is to include new facilities as required.......... they must have been dialed in to SI and reading your posts.

I cant help but be angry. Those poor pals have been f***ked by their own leaders. But in any case, nothing, nothing can ever justify what the terrorists did on that bus in jerusalem not to mention to the UN in iraq. Blowing up children deliberately and then claiming the cease fire is on and this was in response to the attemped israeli arrest and then firefight with a hamas scumbag is hideous as is your comparing it somehow to the ongoing war on the west bank which is only ongoing because the palestininans refuse to settle this dispute. And by arguing moral equivalence you give aid and comfort to the terrorists who at least when it comes to al quaeda you say you abhor. What is so hard about saying that nothing justifies killing innocent kids deliberately? And please dont parse your words like leon. He calls bush a warmonger and then says he only called him a liar. You screw around with israel as a nation of thieves. When Leon brought that up the first time I immediatlely thought of the Shylock character. But of course if israel were china and a great power in leons twisted world, it could act without such condemnation but if israel were the US(also a great power), leon would be all over us. Please realize deep down that you have more in common with us than differences. We can debate history forever but in WW3, the lines are drawn and "we", the collective we, the anti terrorists must win. And we must excercise self defense measures whether we are israel, US, canada, eu or the UN. I know this is a rant but i choose not to edit this post because this is the way i feel and cannot remove emotion from the mix at least for today. mike
