There is nothing novel about it. Lincoln upheld the Constitution by suspending habeas corpus. If Lincoln can do this, then surely Bush can lie about the enemy in his SOTU address. Of course all of this is futile because there is not a shred of proof that Bush lied. Lies do not happen simply because a falsehood exist. Intent must also be proven. But your darkened heart has led you away from this obvious truth to actually slander your president, though you have not a single grain of proof of wrongdoing. Yet when Bill Clinton indisputably lied to your courts you celebrated. This is comprehensive wickedness.
