What do you call it when you only take one side of the evidence provided and then tell that to the American public?

The biggest lie of all was saying in the SOTU address that Saddam and Al Qaeda were linked. Intelligence showed exactly the opposite. That the secular Saddam and the Islamist bin Laden didn't trust one another.

So Bush wants to use ignorance as a defense?
It's not in the job description! If he was ignorant about what he claimed as fact in this all important communication then he should be impeached for incompetence, or removed under the 25th Amendment.
