I didnt say the GOVERNMENT was interested in cutting spending. They are FOR more spending. So CUT the spending.

IT would be Acceptable to people that want to cut spending across the board.

.....Davis tried to do that. He tried to cut funding .....

Five years in office 37% increase in state spending. 38 billion in the hole, 100 billion to buy out.
What Davis calls a cut is nothing but less planned funding. "Let's spend 10 dollars more this year. No lets cut spending and only spend 9.95 more this year."
