And the court ruled the political scientist hired by gore to make the case that the machines were faulty in design and operation was completely debunked and repudiated. And the gore attempt of fudging numbers by feeding a Yale PHD in math bogus data was also demonstrated clearly false in court.

There was no basis in Florida law to challenge the accuracy of the machine count.

It did. And they were also counted in this manner...Bush still won....it was the selective method Gore's camp chose which was their undoing....in any event...the matter is res judicata....settled in accord with the Constitution which is the highest law in the land....only embittered pinheads are still fighting this battle.....

There was also a time problem involved. After 30 some days of recounting it was time to turn the results in. When the deadline comes up it's time to turn the results in.
