So non-Christians wouldn't have to set foot in that courthouse? Cool. Lemme see if I can find a bank to rob in that jurisdiction... Seriously, I must say you've come up with an interesting area. Much like the act of rating movies, the act of rating public places would raise consciousness and perhaps change the environment. Judge Roy's courthouse would get an X rating, for sure. The one with the mural, a PG. Those courthouses with TC plaques but no nutty judges would get a, well, whatever the rating is between PG and X.
