You've registered Democratic, right? You have certainly learned their tactics. You picked out 2 sentences and ignored EVERYTHING else. Let me refresh your memory. Propostion 13 also limited commercial property taxes. But there's much more support to raise those taxes. I thought you'd be happy to see those lines. THat's what you're complaining about, right?
