regarding the peep- yep I've noticed. I almost suspected it too, because last year when ebay was racking up the growth you didn't hear too many calling for Meg Whitman's head on the options issue. As far as the options exercising by executives, this massive cash-out is for real especially at the midsize companies, scuttlebut is that options expensing is coming. The financial press totally missed this reason for insider selling completely. Just shows how useless they are but what do you expect from "Bambi Francisco" anyway.
