If you have been here a long time you know that we had a robust hiring climate in SV starting in 1994. Yeah. And we had 13 then too, didn't we? So obviously it wasn't preventing that wonderful bubble from blowing up. And what we're in now is post-bubble syndrome. When one of those massive things bursts, it leaves a lot of wreckage behind. Like overcapacity, which means chip manufacturers have no pricing power. You want to blame everything on 13. It's your favorite hobby horse. If you increase taxes, let me give you a few other things you should worry about. Oregon. Washington. Arizona. Nevada. Utah.........
