Your argument that the TC is harmless seems to rest on nothing more than that you think it is harmless. It is clearly a symbol- a religious symbol- a religious symbol that embraces only those religious traditions that follow the bible. If the TC had not been put in a courtroom, which is not really a typical place for religious displays, then the issue would not have arisen. So who has caused the trouble really?
