you really are beating around every possible bush here.

The issue is, - why should a 30 year old pay 5x the property taxes for 1/3 the house, vs someone who bought 20 years ago?

Or put another way,

why should Warren Buffet pay .05% property taxes on his home while other people pay around 1.8%, or 36 TIMES what Warren pays?

A THIRTY SIX TIMES differential between the freeloaders and non- WOW it is worse than I thought.
