We also have a deficit, which means every year we go deeper and deeper in the hole. California is preparing to take an unprecedented $18 billion in bonds to the market over the next eight months, bringing the state's total debt level to $65 billion. The state will default Lazarus, there is no other way. Unless you can come up with something.
