Two-party systems are a statistical game (of redistricting) for the big-wigs. However, it is based on the principle that neither democracy nor information is not for the masses, just polls and pavlovian manipulation.

That is obviously one of safest ways to run a people.

Just to make you happy, another CSPAN link, on how California shows the way for the rest of USA, although it looks to be the way USA should not take.

However, I would change that "forget" word to "understand", although I know both are a problem in USA.
