Please direct discussion of these issues here. This thread has wandered a bit from its original intent, to discuss issues effecting the residential real estate market nationwide (yes, I know it's a collection of local markets of which California constitutes an important part). This should improve both sets of discussions, IMO. Thanks for everyone's help and cooperation.
