This thread is dedicated to discussion of proposition XIII and it's effect on California's fiscal crisis as well as it's effect on property values. Discussions about the upcoming gubernatorial recall elections are also welcome here. For extra credit, discuss the effects of overseas outsourcing of tech workers to India, and how that effects Cali socially and financially.
