I participated in a poll this morning. The following is one of the questions, one I had a lot of trouble with. It occurred to me that the thread might want to engage on the subject. Which of the following statements best represents your opinion: Statement A: A higher percentage of blacks and Hispanics are arrested for crime because they are more likely to commit crimes. Statement B: A higher percentage of blacks and Hispanics are arrested for crime because the police are more likely to investigate their behavior. Statement C: A higher percentage of blacks and Hispanics are arrested for crime because crime is more likely to occur in the urban areas where they live. I appreciate that. It was necessary to clear my inbox and correct some insinuations... Trip was great in most ways and some small money made in Vegas. Needed to go to the Mayo in Scottsdale however when some back nerves got pinched (an old problem). Heading to the doctor here in about an hour to get some NARCOTICS. We tubed Salt River, hiked the Grand Canyon, went through a South of Flagstaff Monsoon and endured the ride from Hell with tumbleweed and hail damage. A lot of cars had their windows smashed out by the hail. And a flash flood in Vegas? You all have some WEIRD weather down there...
