At this point I expect Davis to be recalled and Bustamnte to win because there are enough eco-greens and old time Dems to elect him when you add in the solidarity of the Latino vote for "their" guy. I hear that the 5 Spanish TV stations in the Southern California area are pushing Bustamante to the hilt and dissing Arnold for his stance on services for illegals. I forget the name of that proposition. Arnold better be speaking some Spanish if he expects to win.

Ted, The worst was his snipe at Bustamante's receding hairline. That took petty politics to a whole new level. No, he's not making fun of bald people, he's shedding light on the fact that Bustamante isn't that much different than Davis ... except for his receding hairline. Some people just can't take humor for what it's worth. I'm sure when Davis said in an uninspiring tone, "Terminate the Terminator," he wasn't speaking literally, was he? Would you see the humor in his statement if his opponent was Asian and Arnold referred to him as the slant eyed one? I don't see a lot of humor in attacking someone's physical attributes good or bad, and frankly, I though Ah-nuld was better than that. And no, saying "terminate the Terminator" is not the same thing. I don't know what VRWC is. Didn't I already say? It stands for "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy." Sorry but I don't hang on your every post! ;~) ted
