If Hatfill did it, he should be shipped to Texas to do what they do best.

If not, then Ashcroft et al are in a world of hurt. Because, the impression that the government created is that Hatfill did it, and that it was just a matter of collecting more evidence against him. Else they would never have leaked his name.
