You have to be more realistic. The 2004 election will be decided by semi-conservative independents, Reagan democrats, disenchanted GOP moderates and Florida. despite Bush's quagmire and lies in Iraq, we really do have a dangerous world, and a huge amount of foreign affairs patching up to do in the world. This is no time for the Dems to nominate a man with absolutely no foreign affairs or military credentials, another Dukakis type, short of stature and yelling an angry populist message. Dean would lose against Bush 60-40. If he ran with Wesley Clark it could be closer, but still probably wouldn't even carry Arkansas, and Florida is doubtful. Also when Prez and Veep are so un alike people don't buy it. Like Dukakis and Bentsen. The ticket needs to be two strong men with vast experience and credibility, especially on war and foreign affairs. And they need an edge in Florida. That is why Kerry-Graham makes the most sense.
