I put a cloths pin on my brain and read your post again, and this time used the Smell Test rather than the Duck Test, and you guessed it, same old same old results. . Now here is a think for you. Actually, to Chris also. Or gosh, all of u(s) can try. Its a believe it or not type suggestion. While BobZ is more than able to accomplish this task also, the problem is on iHub's side with that Admin(Not Bob) and anyway its a task with a risk/reward for BobZ having need zero reward and lots of time lost in programming needs. But we can do it here on this thread i think ok since its not the Si Welcome thread, but an Si v. iHub defunct. But while Matt could join in, its not his style, and to be quite honest and blunt towards Matt, when it comes to matters where people are in conflict, Matt's "tool box" is near empty comparied to say BobZ's. Matt's responses do seem full and sizeable, but its really low-tech in the people insight stuff and uses the same "not too difficult" understandings over and over. And again quite frankly, many of Matt's replies as answers or reasons make use of the wrong "tools" becuase first of all they are too general in nature, but used for that reason because Matt doesn't have the right tool yet, and tries using "what he knows." ok, Me, you and Chris. - step 1 Post here that post Matt deleted. - step 2 Understand step 1 to mean ONLY that deleted post text. - step 3 Don't give me that crap about "its already done." - step 4 If you do not want to because you are afraid, say so. or, See Once, how simple it is to get you to turn tail and run away while shouting back to me while i'am standing my ground and facing your read end retreating and running away from me, as you shout like a fading fart that i am a "not" because i will NOT play your game that requires me to chase my tail in circles in your hope that i will get dizzy and fall down so you can walk up to me and place your boot on my face and declare to all that you won this fight and won because you were stronger? Well, Many times you have done this "win" because your opponent was not weaker than you, just more stupid to allow you to con and trick him or her to run in that circle of nonsense. but, Lets us three do it. You post that deleted post. Each of us will do a "book report" on it. Line by line. Between the lines. Whats really being said, and the WHY. ok, Unless you can add nothing to what you wrote. As i expect you to decide is the only possibility. But then, you have to, else blow your "cover." so, While BobZ will engage you and the TruTh will win out, Matt will not, no matter what you continue to do or say. BobZ is willing to try new ideas and willing to make mistakes knowing that this makes for progress and while short term may be a lost, long term in the whole of life, its a big win. Matt has two huge barriers to prevent him from this approach, first he is too young, second has a business to protect that currently he has not the tools to take chances and repair errors in a time frame that allows his business to continue enough not to go belly-up. but, Please don't get me wrong, Matt is superior to 99.999% of those people his age, and can talk circle around them in all areas. But Matt has not yet lurked deep enough in the dark places of men & women like you, Chris and ladytrade(mmMary types.) with, Lets us 3 dig deep into the correctness of your deleted post. line by line (aka) your agenda, motive (aka) what you really want to happen (not say) what you really want a future event to be what you want to observe happen ok? doug
