Earlie: Thanks. Seems like the market has now "discounted" one heck of a semi cycle going forward in 2004 as well as a second half recovery.

They are being driven by the not so much talked about
huge import tariffs against South Korea chips..
Both here and in Europe..
South Korea has been accused of unfair trade practices
and the tariff is as high as 44%...
So ...US chip makers are all giddy about how they can
now jack up prices.
