1 - Most of the money that is said to have been spent on the war on terrorism is being spent in Iraq.

And my point is that that money was spent on non terrorism
issues; specifically to remove a dictator and not a terrorist.

2 - The amount spent on anti-terrorism outside of Iraq continues to grow.

No, it doesn't. How can it until there is a new budget?
