Larry S.,

I just posted a couple pf posts back that I bought that router a couple of days ago from Amazon (check it out on amazon it's 24.99 delivered).

Yes you can hard wire up to 4 computers with that router in addition to it's wireless capabilities. It was surprisingly easy to configure.

Larry, yes - you can connect as you stated. I have used a linksys router for over a year now with a hardwired PC and a wireless laptop connected to it. It was also easy to configure [did not need the manual, just the 'quick install' sheet].
