Ken,
I would never doubt your TA.
If the stock goes to $12 I am out.
I hope to get there on Tuesday after the people (Traders) on vacation get back.
My trigger finger will be poised and I will be watching the EH .
Have a great Holiday,
Arnie

Good Morning Ken. Went to pick up Freebird (and his laundry) last night for the long weekend. He's already a changed man. <ggg> Really. He's learned to accentuate the positive.

Today's Barron's pans BLTI:
<Biolase's shares, much like its product, are rather pricey. It trades at 44 times estimated earnings for this year -- well above the 31.5 multiple of medical-technology companies in general and the 19 multiple of the Standard & Poor's 500 index.>

Barron's conclusion won't help the stock on Tues.:
<For the millions of Americans who dread visiting the dentist, no-pain technology is clearly something to smile about. But unless it takes hold, betting on Biolase could be just as painful as an old-fashioned root canal.>

I am intrigued by the increase in FAME's short position, as posted by Joe S. Haven't found anything yet. I like the deal.com site for this type of info, but I think that PERF's merger is too small for this site.

Anyway, there's some good info at this site and it illustrates arbitrage on mergers activity for anyone interested.
