Bring the Indians to the UK. Fire the locals. First we have to discover why it was sent to India. 1)Was it due to the sole reason of cheaper manpower or India has an additional advantage beyond been cheaper? 2) Is an India manned call center disrupting some funny business that might be going on in the UK? Such as people using the systme to continue in the unemployment to get free lunch? OR Jobs being funneled to friends instead of the general public? 3) Are te Indians more professional, thus more helpful, than locals doing the same job?
