Kerry, The reason I asked whether or not you had been following the thread was related to the "act". None that I can see. However, in your earlier post, you were quoting from the Communications Decency Act, which really has nothing to do with the dispute between Bux and I-Hub Actually, I was quoting from Bob's interpretation of the law, if you follow my link. The discussion was about whether or not Matt had the power/authority to prevent Bux from posting. The "act", IYO, has nothing to do with it? Phil
