You seem to be challenging Matt's ability to prevent Bux from posting. Is this your position or not? Not, as long as Matt is not acting arbitrarily or capriciously or violating other contractual rights of Bux. I have not yet seen, what should be simple to produce, a single post which says: "Here is a specific term from the TOU. Here is a part of Bux's post which violates that term ofthe TOU." Can you point to a specific part of Bux's original and second posts and quote a specific term of the TOU which those posts violated? If you, or Matt, or anybody can do that, great. The discussion is over. But in all the dozens of posts since Bux first posted, that simple post hasn't yet been made by anybody.
