<Has it been challenged or enforced against anyone yet?> What is so starkly extraordinary about this Executive Order is that it not only sweeps Congress aside but that it acts as if President Bush has an independent and superior power to make law for the United States right out of his own mouth. In this Order, he has also unilaterally slammed the doors shut to all US courts for anybody who might have a rightful claim to have a valid legal issue decided in a free and open court. This is Executive Order 13303.
