Yes Virginia, Bux did 1 step forward, 5 backwards.
.
Hopefully its becoming more clear to those honest folks
that have decided to stand behind Bux in what really is
a stand for truth & honest behavior using common sense,
rather than force and intimidation, have glimpsed into what
is being showned as Bux's true nature.
.
The Bux(s) of the world display the rights people acting
in good faith use to continue their unimpeded activity
to engage in open and honest manners both socially
and in commerce because the Bux(s) learned long ago
that if these rights are threatened, then the good people
will speak up against these attacks, in their own interest.
.
All the Bux(s) need do is cloak their evil agendas using
good people to rally around them to help fight off attacks,
that if successful, will eventually harm them and loved ones.
.
Sadly too late these good people realize that they have
accomplished just the opposite result expected,
as once again this Bux type of an iHub's Once has again
used the good to help the bad fight the good.
.
Once the Bux enters the inners of a business like iHub,
and obtains the freedom wanted to do his evil acts,
then iHub has allowed that Trojan Horse to enter,
a structure build by the good & honest intentions of folks
that thought they were defending themselves against what,
they realize too late, were the Bux(s) they helped.

The user agreement says that Ihub reserves the right
to remove any post that clearly detracts from the value
of the community.
Not only was it not "clear" that my post detracted from...
... but more importantly, it doesn't say such posts
are a violation of the TOU. [stop.]

Investors Hub - User Agreement - Updated 5/1/03

... in violation of the User Agreement or clearly detracts
from the value of the community... [stop.]

This is the only single step forward you taken,
and it has near zero substance to support your case,
and only goes to show that BobZ & Sheriff Matt's ability
to examine and correct fuzzy English is in need of help :o)
.
Hint: Not good to make a point using a reference
that is a reference to itself. Like an Error Routine
handling an error that it itself makes, by Call'n itself
is apples & oranges, but mentioned for BobZ :o)
(but)
"... in violation of the [TOU] or clearly detracts
from the value of the community"
(needs)
Better "C++ Pointers" as it appears that something
is referenced that contains something that is itself
external to that something :o)
.
But REALLY Bux,
.
Might an instance of:
"or clearly detracts from the value of the community"
NOT be a "thing" but a "description" of the event:
"Violation of the User Agreement (TOU)"
(or)
Any
"Violation of the User Agreement (TOU)"
is a descriptor pointing to the "ERROR"
"clearly detracts from the value of the community"
(aka) value of iHub sustaining itself as a business
.
ok?
Note: I was gonna add a comment to that "clear"
not being made "clear" to you, but only to Matt,
that while also existed Matt's notification to you
that Matt made the clear "clear" decision to satisfy
the TOU fully with the additional notification to you.
(but, enough is now too mulch :o)
