If you have any understanding of economic cycles I doubt you would think Bush or Clinton were responsible for the economic mess we are now in. Sure, Bush is trying to put it off through tax cuts and other games. This bear cycle was/is coming regardless of who the president happens to be. JMO. I just wish people could look at things in a more sensible manner and stop letting their partisan leanings cloud the truth.
