Without doubt, they are affirmation of Ms. Coulter's ability to speak competently for the right and suggest that in fact she "does speak for you". The posts you cited were all about specific issues which I happened to agree with Coulter on. Surprise! She is a conservative. She does not, however, "speak for me". I have stated and restated that I find her unnecessarily abrasive on some subjects. I'm not sure McCarthy's demonization was warranted; he was doing what he believed was right. I much prefer someone who has conviction and acts on it over someone who has to stop and take a poll to make a decision. I certainly do believe that Nixon lied and misled the American people, and had he not have had the decency to resign he likely should have been impeached. Just as Clinton was impeached for lying. I do think it is sad that Clinton got away with it, setting a horrible example for the nation's children. He need not have gone to jail (the traditional punishment for lying under oath) but he should have at least been removed from office so we couldn't so easily have a group of idiots holding him up as a positive example.
