Hello Jay, I follow these. finance.yahoo.com Unfortunately I'm still waiting for the coincidental events of cash in hand and a pullback. I own none of these currently but I believe all are solid. Disclaimer.. I have not looked closely in the last half year though. When TEOTWAWKI hits ;o) As you likely know I think it will be different but not the TEOTW so I continue to monitor these. So far better opportunities have been presenting themselves elsewhere. Note the NPR.UN is a special situation as it seems many of the clients in the rental units are likely subsidized by the government not to mention a high government penetration also. npreit.com regards Kastel still gas oil and gold... for now :o)
