It still seems possible that we will get a sharp correction of at least 10-15% on the Nasdaq this fall. After all, this has been a long run up without a correction of the magnitude needed to shake out the optimism (thus setting things up for more upside in 2004). I'm expecting/hoping we get a correction and I can get a good short trade in, then become fully invested on the long side later this year. But for now, the model still says stay at 50% long.
