No. I'm saying that the pipeline that will primarily send oil from ANWR to the lower 48, is already in place - the Alaskan Pipeline.

Do you think that, if there is no drilling in ANWR, there will no longer any pipelines built in Alaska? Just to the West of the Pipeline (and ANWR), is the National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska. If ANWR doesn't open up, then the NPRa will.
