Yes, that's right, JimLur, the same guy who started the Silicon Investor IDCC disscussion board, the Raging Bull IDCC Discussion Board, the Raging Bull IDCC Clubhouse Board and the ihub IDCC discussion Board. These are the boards where the IDCC pie-in-the-sky story has been told to unsuspecting new investors time and time again. This is the same guy who supported and helped fund the IDCC site "Telecomtechstocks.com" designed to increase interest in IDCC and the same guy who said he believed IDCC would soon reach $100/share and was planning for the big shareholder party in Houston, TX and the same guy who is listed in early IDC SEC filings. Now he has sold out of IDCC, nada, zip! If that doesn't move a stock like IDCC, I don't know what would. I guess he finally got the price he felt the shares were worth! But he didn't tell his "IDCC friends" that he had no position until weeks later. Personally, I post public announcements as soon as I buy and/or sell IDCC because I believe it is impossible to maintain integrity by announcing it weeks later. What better way to determine what a poster actually believes than to look at whether he puts his money where his mouth is. I predict Jim will take a token position soon (now that the price has dropped) to help deflect criticism that he has no position. Some of you may interpret my post as a personal attack but I think it is important for every potential IDCC investor to know the actions of those who have been most instrumental in bringing IDCC into the public eye and there is no doubt that JimLur has been one of the most tireless promoters of IDCC ever. If not for his actions of bringing this tiny company into the eye of private investors, many of you may not have ever heard of IDCC and therefore his recent admission that he sold out some time ago is very significant for all the investors who purchased IDCC based on his knowledge. Jim, I think it's commendable that you have finally come clean on this issue. Better late than never." Once" If we can't discuss "sensitive issues" like this in public than what is Ihub's "discussion forum" for? After Matt deleted my post, snuffed out that topic of conversation, and suspended me from further posting, a poster from Yahoo appeared and said he heard Jim L. had sold out of IDCC but that he couldn't see anything about it in previous Ihub posts. Of course not! Matt had censored discussion of that very significant event. It didn't seem to matter that Jim Lurgio is listed in early documents that IDCC filed with the SEC. Following similar logic, the CEO of some of these small, shady companies could join Ihub and then have any poster who criticized them banned as a "personal attack". When we can't openly discuss all things that effect the stock (due to heavy-handed censorship) then the credibility of the entire forum is jeopardized. Bux
