I am very perplexed. When I read news like this and others and look at PE's, book values and other fundamental indictors, this market is horrible. But I can't look at a chart of the S&P and/or the DOW and be a bear. The charts just look bullish. I still have some puts in C, and they are bumping against the 50 day average, but the semi's look strong.

I wonder what the market is saying Market higher, gold higher, does this make sense? Not to me, unless the b'hoys are looking for inflation to bail the market out. Been wrestling with this for a while, but can't get comfortable.

I disagree. US dollar to go down in the long run. Asian US dollar reserves to start coming down with dollars making their way back home. Highly inflationary long term.
