The Sacred Terror for a more balanced, insiders view. You wish! That book had "insiders" writing it, to CYA. I just watched Miniter on "Hardball" and he interviewed the Sudanese General who actually offered us Bin Ladin on a platter. He was living in Sudan, and was ours if we wanted him. He also interviewed several people who were told by Sandy Berger that they were going to wait to do anything on Osama until "after the election." Berger was famous for tieing everything to Politics. When Gore lost, they "kicked the can" to Bush but they are slanting what they told them. They had already missed picking up Bin Ladin. The more that comes out, the worse the Clinton Foreign Policy record looks. And the "guilt by association" technique you use by complaining that the Publisher is "right wing" is really lame, John.
