You do not think that "sexual assault" is a bright enough line? I agree that there should be no penetration without consent, and that ambiguity should be avoided as much as humanly possible. But I do not think that justice is served by taking an overly broad view of rape, lumping together such disparate things as holding a knife to a stranger's throat and behaving aggressively after your date has been passionately encouraging, but ambiguously balks at consummation......
