I am not trying to take the burden off the man. If there is ambiguity, I think that he should be charged with sexual assault, which is, I think, a sufficient penalty for having failed to ascertain consent, as opposed to clear indifference to the woman's volition and willingness to employ indisputable coercion to get his way.........
