I will say that I do not think that public policy ought to have a strong influence in the criminal law. The next thing you know, we will be hanging pickpockets, and that is not right. But it is true that there are additional cultural implications to some things, like failing to see woman as competent, and overdoing their victimization, which one would think that feminists would eschew........
