I guess he's still a virgin. Actually, I don't have to guess, Matt publicly admitted it himself. Who ever heard of a virgin Sheriff? Maybe I can answer his questions: "What were you doing when you were 16-20? All kinds of stuff, can you be more specific? Drugs? Yes, nothing like a few puffs shared between some good friends. Da Kine! Drinking? Yep, mostly beer. I started drinking about the same time microbrews hit the scene. Quite a good selection after a few years, Sierra Nevada, Redhook, Grants, mmmm-mmmm-mmm... Sex? Oh, yes, that was the main motivation to stay fit, go hiking, swimming, and bicycling. Got to stay attractive to the opposite sex. I rarely turned it down but I did have my standards. Of course if no one was looking my standards might move around a bit, kinda like Matt's standards for what constitutes a TOU violation. <g> Partying? Oh, my yes! That was the primary activity after the studying was done and how you got to meet the college babes! Babes, beer, good music, bon fires, those were good times.... Matt didn't do any of that?
