Actually the Iran-Contra culprits are doing fine. One a right-wing TV star and the other, until recently, a star player in the Rumsfield DOD.

Most of those who were charged were either pardoned or their convictions overturned on grounds of immunity. Few actually served time, those all were guilty, guilty, guilty. As usual, the inner core protects itself. Neocons conveniently forget Iran Contra, one of the biggest scandals in government history. Yup, they think that Monicagate was so bad, how about where the participants engage in gun running, drug running, overt coverup, shredding of documents, etc etc? Actually, North has served two sentences. One in jail, another as a clown on FOX...
